Dispatch
When you shop on PumphouseIreland.com, we provide an estimated date of when you can expect your order to be dispatched. This estimated date can vary based on live stock availability. While almost always accurate, the estimated dispatch date is an estimation and can be dictated by events outside of our control. Our dispatch team are totally dedicated to getting your order on its way to you in the fastest time possible. Order dispatch may take a little longer in the below cases:
If you’ve ordered outside of our normal processing hours, or on a Bank Holiday
If we encounter a sudden stock shortage of one of your items and we need to contact you to help you find your item.
Same Day Delivery
Order before 12pm (UTC +0) and select Same Day Delivery at the checkout to get your order the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm will take an additional working day for delivery. Same Day Delivery is available across a huge range of our products, but it is not available over 30kg in total. To avail of Same Day Delivery, make sure to choose the shipping option ‘Same Day Delivery’ at the checkout and your order will be prioritised for dispatch. Same Day Delivery is currently available in the Dublin, Ireland. Working days exclude weekends & public holidays.
Delivery within Ireland
Standard delivery is an affordable, secure and efficient delivery method. Delivery is made by DPD and will be delivered next day if ordered before 1pm.
Delivery to the UK
Delivery to the UK is carried out by TNT/FEDEX or DPD. Please be advised that VAT and Duty will be charged by the shipping company and payment will have to be made to the relevant shipping company before delivery is carried out.
Delivery within the EU
Delivery within the EU is carried out by TNT/FEDEX or DPD. Delivery times on average range between 5-7 working days. Delays can occur due to extreme volume levels.
Shipping Restrictions
We’re sorry! Due to shipping restrictions, we’re unable to ship more than 30kg if you select same day delivery option at the checkout inside Dublin.
* If you want to order more than 30kg for Same Day Delivery so shipment would be done using pallet(extra charges).
